Dreadnought Industries asserts and reserves full copyright protection under United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and all applicable international treaties and conventions (including the Berne Convention) for all original works of authorship created by or on behalf of Dreadnought Industries.
“Content” means and includes, without limitation, all of the following whether in digital, print, video, or any other form:
Text, articles, blog posts, product descriptions, specifications, technical data, case studies, and written materials
Graphics, logos, icons, button icons, illustrations, and designs
Images, photographs, renderings, diagrams, and visual works (including machine photos, facility images, and marketing visuals)
Videos, video clips, animations, screencasts, machine operation footage, testimonials, and audio-visual works
Audio recordings, music, sound effects, and voiceovers
Software, code (source and object), scripts, databases, and digital assets
The selection, coordination, arrangement, and compilation of all Content
Page layouts, user interface designs, and overall creative expression of websites, apps, presentations, and documents
All right, title, and interest in and to the Content, including without limitation all copyrights, neighboring rights, and other intellectual property rights, are owned exclusively by Dreadnought Industries or its licensors. Dreadnought Industries reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Notice. No implied license or right is granted by the display or availability of any Content.
Subject to strict compliance with this Notice, Dreadnought Industries grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:
Access and view publicly available Content on its official website(s) and authorized digital platforms solely for your own personal, non-commercial, informational use; and
Temporarily download or print one copy of limited Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.
This license expressly does NOT include the right to:
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, distribute, publish, display, perform, or transmit any Content for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party;

Dreadnought Industries, in the ordinary course of its business as a dealer of CNC Swiss and multi-spindle machine tools, regularly receives, is provided, or obtains authorization to use videos, images, photographs, machine demonstration footage, customer facility photos, installation records, testimonials, case studies, and other multimedia materials from third parties (collectively, “Third-Party Media”).
CRITICAL CAVEAT AND RESERVATION:
Dreadnought Industries does not own, and expressly disclaims any claim of ownership in or to, any Third-Party Media. All Third-Party Media remains the sole, exclusive, and continuing property of the respective third-party owner(s) (which may include clients, end-users, machine manufacturers, suppliers, partners, or independent creators).
Dreadnought Industries’ use, display, embedding, hosting, or distribution of any Third-Party Media is undertaken solely pursuant to limited licenses, permissions, releases, or other authorizations granted by the rightful owner(s). Such use does not transfer, assign, or diminish in any way the intellectual property rights of the third-party owners.
Nothing in this Notice, on any website, in any marketing material, proposal, social media post, or other communication shall be interpreted as granting any user, visitor, or third party any right, title, license, or interest in any Third-Party Media. Third-party owners retain all rights, including but not limited to the rights to:

Maintenance Instructions (for internal use by Dreadnought Industries team):

- Conduct a quarterly audit of all Third-Party Media to verify active permissions and remove or replace any materials for which authorization has lapsed.
- Never use Third-Party Media beyond the scope of the documented permission.
